Steven Holliday
Business Unit General Manager

A seasoned entrepreneur, Steven has developed the simple and straight forward business approach to “do what you say”! A strong confidence in his own abilities has allowed him to recognise, value, develop & utilise skills and talents within others. Although in his element managing his team and company as it grows, Stevens first love is still that face-to-face interaction and “buzz” that comes from dealing directly with a customer.

Martin Hand
Sector Manager

Martin has been an integral part of the company since joining in 2008. An experienced electrical engineer in his own right, Martin brings an invaluable technical insight to his day-to- day role of contracts and customer relationship management.

Working closely with the rest of the management team, Martin has a key role in directing future strategy and planning processes.

Bob Allison
Business Development

Bob has 35 years’ experience in engineering, manufacturing, nuclear and utilities sectors at multiple technical and managerial levels. This wide range of knowledge and ability brings a measured, flexible & experienced perspective to the company as it continues to develop and adapt to meet the exacting demands of new and existing markets and customers.

Tony O’Connor
SHEQ Manager

A proud 22-year career with the British Army Medical Corp. raising to the rank of Warrant Officer First Class, has equipped Tony with those methodical, disciplined, objective & ‘cool under pressure’ characteristics so invaluable to the role he now performs for the company.

Louisa Graham
Finance and Administration Manager

With a background of management positions with SME companies within Cumbria, Louisa has been responsible for Meldrum’s Finance and Administration functions since 2011. With degrees in Business, Tourism and Business Management combined with full membership of the Association of Accounts Technicians (MAAT), Louisa adds the financial credibility to the company’s current operation and future growth plans

John Wilson
Contracts Manager

A veteran of Rail and Nuclear sectors, John has spent much of his career managing multi-million pound Electrical, Mechanical and Building Fabric Maintenance programs for clients such as Direct Rail Service (DRS), Low Level Waste Repository (LLWR), The Nuclear Decommissioning Authority Estates (NDA) and Sellafield.

Craig Gardiner
Automation and Panel Shop Manager

With a track record of working in maintenance, design, commissioning and managerial roles for both end user and supplier, Craig brings a wide variety of skills to support his position as manager of the company’s high end automation and panel shop output.
